- Once your website is complete will will post a full backup to you on cd-rom. This means your site can easily be restored to how it was the day it was completed. All correspondance relating to hosting accounts will be sent via email.
- Privacy & Security
- All information we have on you will be kept private and secure at all times. We will not release any of your information to any other parties. Final Solution will only use your information for prcessing and completing your order and nothing else.
- Returns & Replacements
- Certain items for sale at Final Solution are non refundable and non returnable. Any payments we have made on your behalf to other companies (eg softare licences or templates) will be non refundable.
- Ordering
- Once your order has been processed we will contact you to obtain all the neccessary information to create your website. All site will normally be complete within 7 days, however this could be extended under exceptional circumstances. Time frames for completion are dependant on you the customer supplying all information requested in a timely manner.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We aim to keep our prices as the most competitive available on the internet. We provide a reliable and professional service at all times. Prices are correct at time of publishment but are subject to change.

- The status of your order can be chcked by logging into your account with Final Solution.
- Updating Account Information
- Account information can be updated at any time by logging into your Final Solution account.
